Workbooks with bite-sized tasks and exercises in 10 areas, for everyone who wants to improve their mood, reduce their stress, and develop their resilience for dealing with challenges.


Some of the tasks and exercises fall under the current and popular title of "social prescribing" for things like time in nature, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness.




Well-being workouts are preventative exercises, that is, not just things to do when we feel sick, but things to do to stay healthy as long as possible. They are our mental equivalent of an apple a day.


These bite-sized exercises will teach you which 'mental apples' suit your needs. You can learn what makes you calm; what gives you comfort; what lifts your spirits; and what heals your heart and soul. With this knowing, you can create your own well-being practice from the things that resonate with you,

Questionnaire

Tell us about yourself so we can choose tools and exercises that suit your challenges and needs.


Design

We will create a Personal Pack just for you. It will contain at least 25 exercises.



We will  create a Personal Pack, of 25 exercises minimum, just for you.  We will send you a questionnaire to complete after your payment. After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will create a programme of exercises for you drawn from across all relevant tools. This will take about two weeks.  To place an order, click here.
