Angelia chose "The Soul Gym" as her business name and philosophy to reflect the fact that well-being is not about mind or body or spirit. It is about the whole self.
We have tasks, responsibilities, memories, emotions, preferences, relationships, and other areas that need their own attention as resilience challenges.
At The Soul Gym, Angelia promotes a practice
of well-being
that addresses much more than the physical body.
We offer two types of resilience well-being training:
Solo Training
This is a self-managed 3 month programme.
Assisted Training
This is a coach/trainer supported 3 month programme.
